E-Invoicing to Poland — PEPPOL & EN 16931
Send structured e-invoices to Polish customers over the PEPPOL network from your business established elsewhere in Europe. Businesses established in Poland cannot use EncryptInvoice for their domestic invoicing, because we are not connected to KSeF. Free to start, no credit card.

Polish E-Invoicing: Where We Stand
Poland requires domestic invoices to be issued through KSeF, its national system: mandatory for large taxpayers since 1 February 2026 and for other businesses since 1 April 2026. EncryptInvoice is not connected to KSeF, so businesses established in Poland cannot use it for domestic invoicing. What we do is deliver your invoices to Polish customers over PEPPOL when you are established elsewhere.
- PEPPOL delivery of EN 16931 e-invoices to Polish recipients, from issuers established elsewhere
- EN 16931 / UBL 2.1 and PEPPOL BIS 3.0 formatting
- PEPPOL Access Point for cross-border e-invoicing
- Not connected to KSeF: businesses established in Poland cannot use EncryptInvoice for domestic invoicing

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use EncryptInvoice for my Polish company's invoicing?
No. Domestic invoices in Poland must go through KSeF, and EncryptInvoice is not connected to it. Businesses established in Poland cannot use it for domestic invoicing. If you are established elsewhere in Europe and invoice Polish customers, EncryptInvoice delivers those invoices over PEPPOL.
What is KSeF?
KSeF is Poland's national e-invoicing system. A domestic invoice is submitted to it as structured XML, validated, and assigned a KSeF number; that submission is what makes the invoice issued. It is separate from PEPPOL, which we use for cross-border delivery. EncryptInvoice does not submit to KSeF.
How does NIP validation work?
We run NIP format checks and EU VIES pre-checks on Polish VAT numbers, flagging issues before you send. Please confirm official tax-authority records for accuracy.
Can I invoice clients in other EU countries?
Yes! Through PEPPOL, you can send e-invoices to 27+ European countries, including all EU members. Cross-border format conversion is handled automatically.
